Assistant Gluer Operative

Job Summary:
Technique Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Assistant Gluer Operative to join their client's print packaging team in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assisting in the production of corrugated, card, and paper-based packaging to high-quality print specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacture of corrugated, card, and paper-based packaging on Bobst and SBL multipoint gluers
Check print quality and ensure products meet specifications
Pack products on the end of a glue line, maintaining high-quality standards and effective communication
Minimize downtime by forward planning and ensuring materials are available in advance
Collaborate with the Team Leader on process improvement projects
Requirements:
Ability to work a triple rotation shift pattern (24/5)
Strong communication and quality checking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
Benefits:
