Grounds Maintenance Operative Job Opportunity

Concept Resources is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team at a prestigious facility management company.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be based on a static site on the outskirts of Bicester, Oxfordshire.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the grounds and landscaping of the site
  • Ensuring the site is safe and secure
  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks
  • Working collaboratively with the facilities team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks
  • Reliability and punctuality
