Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Lead AV Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for leading the installation of advanced audio-visual systems for high-end clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation of AV systems for international clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution, meeting time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Support the configuration of network hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for network and telecommunications projects.
  • Travel internationally to support client projects and installations.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in AV installation, including knowledge of AV, mechanical, and electrical services.
  • Excellent understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Experience with Crestron DM, NVX, Qsys, and Lutron technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
