Learning Support Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work in a mainstream secondary school in Brent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a strong understanding of strategies for working with young people with challenging behaviors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and support identified students in 1:1, group, or whole-class situations
* Ensure students' safety and access to learning in a purposeful and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
