At Penguin Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health and safety standards are always maintained, collating data, and producing reports as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing on a range of buildings.
- Complete various management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a range of sites.
- Generate on-site air quality reports for clients.
- Regular communication with clients, contractors, and members of the public.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to UKAS legislation and practices in all work conducted.
- Conduct various tests including 4 stage clearance, smoke, background and visual air, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
