You will work closely with our experienced and established team, supported by dedicated marketing and new business teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career within a niche area of law, with the chance to be part of a renowned department within a leading law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle your own caseload of complex professional negligence claims, working on high-value cases across various industries.
  • Collaborate with the department head on larger cases, utilizing your expertise in the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Work closely with the team on group projects and tasks, leveraging your strong IT skills and ability to manage electronic case files.
Requirements
  • Experience in Professional Negligence or General Litigation/Dispute Resolution, with a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Grade A or B solicitor, confident in managing cases independently with some supervision.
  • Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems, as well as strong IT skills and ability to manage electronic case files.
