We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious corporate lawyer to join our award-winning Corporate team in Newcastle. As a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions practice, you will work on a wide range of challenging and rewarding transactions, gaining experience across all aspects of corporate law.

You will be a self-motivated individual with transactional experience, a commercial approach, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. You will have early exposure to market-leading transactions working with our high-quality client base and will work closely with colleagues in the corporate team and the wider firm.
