We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team at an 'Outstanding' Primary School in South Woodford. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with pupils with SEMH/SEN backgrounds to support their emotional, mental, and behavioural needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
  • Psychology Graduate from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Previous experience as an ABA Tutor or Primary Teaching Assistant.
  • Availability to work term-time only.
  • Pay on a PAYE basis, with a competitive salary of £450-£500 per week.
