We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client's dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking Orders: Utilize handheld scanners or pick lists to locate and pick items based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Fitting: Conduct basic parts assembly or reconfiguration using hand tools, adhering to quality control standards.
- Packing & Labelling: Prepare items for shipment by securely packing and labelling them, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and notify supervisors of any issues, upholding our commitment to quality.
