Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with their medication, meal times, and other needs.
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • NVQ in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake vocational training.
  • Experience working with older adults, although not essential.
  • Ability to provide quality care and support to residents.
  • Kind, considerate, and innovative approach to care.
