Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and dispatch engineers to various locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
2. Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and team members to provide updates, instructions, and resolve any issues.
3. Track the status and location of engineers, to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
4. Address and manage emergency and delays by coordinating with the appropriate personnel and resources to provide swift solutions.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
