We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at 2M Legal. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for managing land acquisition and disposals, site assembly, options and pre-emption agreements, conditional contracts and promotional agreements, planning, and section 106, 278, and 38 agreements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Land Acquisition & Disposals: Assist clients in securing and selling land with precision and expertise.
  • Site Assembly: Assemble sites with ease, ensuring all pieces fit together seamlessly.
  • Options & Pre-emption Agreements: Guide clients through securing first options and pre-emption rights with confidence.
  • Conditional Contracts & Promotional Agreements: Draft and negotiate contracts that ensure clients are always on solid ground.
  • Planning: Steer projects through the planning process with precision and expertise.
  • Section 106, 278, and 38 Agreements: Make even the most complex agreements look easy, ensuring compliance and success.
  • Plot Sales: Manage plot sales from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
