The ideal candidate will have significant experience of person-centred delivery in a community or clinical setting, including advocacy or support work, and will be able to manage risk and make decisions when delivering services to vulnerable individuals.

With strong project management skills, the postholder will have up-to-date knowledge of funding, procurement, and commissioning activity. The role will involve working across multiple locations, so the post is not suitable for someone looking to work remotely.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects that have a positive impact on people and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans to deliver high-quality projects
  • Manage risk and make decisions when delivering services to vulnerable individuals
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community groups and partners
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience at a senior level in the VCSE sector
  • Strong project management skills, including experience of person-centred delivery and risk management
  • Up-to-date knowledge of funding, procurement, and commissioning activity
  • Ability to work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
