The Stockroom Assistant plays a pivotal role at KIKO MILANO as our ambassador responsible for optimizing stock management and driving company performance through effective inventory maintenance and availability.


The key responsibilities include:


• Stockroom Oversight and Evaluation


• Replenishing stock as needed to maintain sales floor levels


• Conducting on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and coach team members accordingly


• Planning and approving stockroom layout and storage areas


• Monitoring and reporting performance to upper management


• Ensuring compliance with KIKO standards and procedures


• Maintaining store image and quality standards


• Contributing to a qualitative store environment


• Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory management role is necessary, with a minimum of 1 year in a retail environment


• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills


• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes or merchandise


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
