Job Summary:

The Executive Headteacher will provide strategic leadership and management to a group of schools in the North of the Country, working closely with the Managing Director of Education to drive educational excellence and student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective school improvement plans to drive student outcomes and achievement.
  • Lead and manage a team of school leaders to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote a culture of excellence and student well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate school performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and educational partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and management in education, with a strong focus on school improvement and student achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
