Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in creating engaging lesson plans, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and promoting active learning environments.
  • Offer emotional support to students, building strong relationships and encouraging confidence and resilience.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to challenging situations.
  • Qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent based on the Government's Early Years qualifications list, and a good level of qualification in English.
  • A DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.

Estimated Salary: £29,500 per annum, depending on experience.
