We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Warranty Administrator to join our team at The Solution Automotive Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
- Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
- Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
- Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Ensure all group, manufacturer, policies and practices and statutory legislation are strictly adhered to
- Previous/current warranty administration experience, ideally having worked with manufacturer warranties previously
- Confident IT skills, ideally with Kerridge experience (full training is provided so not essential)
- Process driven and organized, able to manage your time and workload effectively
- Able to build good working relationships in your wider team and enjoy talking to customers
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Life assurance and pension scheme
