Job Title: Head of IT Operations

Job Summary:

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an experienced Head of IT Operations to join its growing team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the IT operations team and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT operations team to deliver high-quality IT services to the organization.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.
  • Implement end-to-end monitoring solutions to ensure optimal service performance.
  • Drive cultural change towards data-driven operations and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including c-level executives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Expertise in implementing end-to-end monitoring solutions and driving cultural change.
