An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin to work in a privately-owned, well-established care home that provides 24-hour nursing care for individuals living with dementia and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents' health and reporting changes to the care team, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards.

Preferred skills and experience include strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team and independently, previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting, experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload, and understanding and effective use of IT and communication systems required for the role.

We offer an excellent salary of £40,462.50 per annum, based on a hourly rate of £20.75. We have permanent vacancies available for both days and night shifts.
