Site Management Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of construction projects
  • Foster effective relationships with tradespeople and suppliers
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service
Essential Qualifications:
  • Holding a valid CSCS card
  • Completion of First Aid training
  • Proven experience in a related role
  • Obtained SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Demonstrated expertise in NHBC practices
  • Commitment to maintaining high Health and Safety standards
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and driven
  • Strong career progression within the industry

As part of our Taunton-based timberframe project, you will oversee the construction of approximately 75 units comprising 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes. With a mix of open-market and affordable housing, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
