We are seeking a talented Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities will include generating client leads, following up on in-branch referrals, and working collaboratively with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service. With a guaranteed monthly income and a fully uncapped commission scheme, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of £40,000 to £60,000 per year.
You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a company car or car allowance, laptop, digital marketing support, and training and development programs. To be successful in this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent and have experience in mortgage and protection advising. You should also be able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively through various channels.
