Key Responsibilities:
  • Mixing and preparing finished goods for packaging and distribution
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory management
  • Operating label applicators and other equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Ensuring high-quality products are produced within specified time, quantity, and quality parameters
  • Supporting colleagues to maintain continuous operation of the production line
  • Complying with all standard operating procedures to ensure customer orders are fulfilled safely and efficiently
  • Working in a chilled environment and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Supporting our Food Safety culture and ensuring all products meet the highest standards
  • Filling pallets of finished goods for distribution

  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a chilled environment
  • Production experience preferred, but not essential
