Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Support clients with their medication and provide emotional support and companionship
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our clients. You'll need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work independently as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
