Commercial Team Lead

Doctify is seeking a Commercial Team Lead to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition through strategic planning and execution.
The Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and managing a healthy pipeline.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
- Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close.
- Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS sector.
- Proven sales performance, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
