Doctify is seeking a Commercial Team Lead to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition through strategic planning and execution.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and managing a healthy pipeline.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close.
  • Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS sector.
  • Proven sales performance, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
