Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at B&M Retail in Imperial Retail Park, Bristol. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers flexibility to work various shifts, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report incidents in store
- Review CCTV footage in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to and enforcement of Health & Safety guidelines
- Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft
As a Security Officer, you will work closely with our Store Management Team to achieve loss prevention objectives and maintain a safe environment for colleagues and customers. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for security and customer service.
Requirements:- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in dealing with challenging customers in a professional manner
- Strong work ethics, honesty, and integrity
