Journeyman Electrician

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team at Future Engineering Careers. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing electrical systems on domestic and social housing properties.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including experience with electrical installations, EICRs, and wiring. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and testing on domestic and social housing properties
• Conducting EICRs and other electrical safety checks
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality results

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical installation
• 18th Edition and 2391 certification
• AM2 and ECS Card membership
• At least 2 years' experience working on domestic and social housing projects
• Fully qualified electrician with valid UK right to work and driving licence
