About the Role

Lochardil House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join their team. As a key member of the hotel's management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive working relationship.
