About the Role:
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of culinary excellence and ensuring that all dishes meet our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
• Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
