Sales Ledger Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Ledger Coordinator to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a high level of tenacity, assertiveness and confidence in managing the UK debtors list, including Sales Ledger. The ideal candidate will have a history of working in a busy credit control environment and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit control, from assessing initial risk to solving queries. They will also be required to proactively manage the reduction of the company's outstanding debt, build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the credit procedure, raise sales ledger invoices and identify and resolve potential issues with client accounts.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a strong background in credit control and sales ledger administration, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing initial risk and managing the debtors list
* Pro-actively managing the reduction of the company's outstanding debt
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients throughout the credit procedure
* Raising sales ledger invoices
* Identifying and resolving potential issues with client accounts
Requirements:
* A history of working in a busy credit control environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good standard of IT literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
