As a Field Operations Manager at Gatwick Airport, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects across the airport's infrastructure. Working closely with internal teams and contractors, this position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on health and safety, quality management, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include supervising multi-disciplined construction projects, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, reviewing contractor CDM and quality submittals, and inspecting work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Field Engineer, Site Engineer, or NEC Supervisor in the construction or civil engineering sectors, managing projects valued at up to £10 million. Additionally, you should be skilled in project handover and closeout processes, proficient in identifying and resolving HSE issues, and well-versed in quality management principles. A full UK driving licence is also required.

The estimated salary for this role is around £54,000, which includes a 5% welcome bonus and a range of benefits, including a performance-based bonus scheme, high street shops and restaurant discounts, and discounted rail travel.
