**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Specialist to join our team at MP Training and Recruitment. As a Bank Staff Member, you will work on a flexible schedule, providing high-quality care and education to children in our nurseries.

Salary: From £13.59 per hour, with annual salary reviews based on performance and experience.

About the Role

As a Childcare Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage children in entertaining and educational play activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

You will work as part of a larger team to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
