We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Padel Coach to deliver top-notch coaching to players of varying abilities at Slazanger Padel Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical skill development.
- Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Design training programs to enhance players' overall performance and enjoyment of the game.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training sessions, ensuring all players feel valued and supported.
- Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities to contribute to the growth and success of the club.
- Assist with the development of junior players, helping them to reach their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel, applying this knowledge to improve coaching practices.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions, maintaining a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications and a strong understanding of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with players of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for padel and a commitment to player development, with a focus on delivering high-quality coaching services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of players and the club.
