About the Role

As a Business Analyst at the Security Service MI5, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and innovation across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet user requirements. Your expertise in business analysis methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, will be essential in delivering successful projects and driving business change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Use data analysis and modeling techniques to structure and understand complex business problems
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and options analysis
  • Work with limited direction to complete tasks and achieve project goals

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst who can bring a fresh perspective to our team. You will have a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business change. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to analyze complex data to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £53,715-£59,351, dependent on location, skills, and experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 10.5 days public and privilege holidays, and an excellent pension scheme.
