Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality, inclusive services for children
  • Plan and implement a programme of development work to ensure children's individual and diverse needs are met
  • Ensure effective evidence to Ofsted
  • Work closely with Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals to ensure statutory requirements are met
  • Contribute to the development of Coventry City Council's Children's Homes Residential strategy
