Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school in Nottingham. As a dedicated professional, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, curiosity, and independence for our young students.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will possess sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide opportunities for continuous professional growth and training to enhance your teaching practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, curiosity, and independence
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, maintaining effective communication and partnership
  • Assess children's progress and use assessment data to inform future planning and provision
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all children

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
