Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and specifying B2B solutions, managing projects of varying size and complexity, and interacting with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' payment needs and how to scale our payments platform across international markets and different use cases.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of delivering new payments features and improving existing features.
  • Drive change initiatives, focusing on strategic goals, and collaborate with Engineering teams to describe and deliver features.
  • Manage planning sessions, backlogs, and releases with engineering teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of technical features to accommodate external deadlines.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • 2 years of Payments experience, including cross-border, account-to-account, and FX.
  • Experience working with API-first solutions and Agile/scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Experience building internal and external software products (B2B2B/B2B2C).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues to understand business and user goals.
  • Fluent English language skills.
