Established in the legal sector, Venn Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Prosecutions and Licensing Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. This exciting opportunity will see you working predominantly from home, with regular attendance at court and Licensing Committee meetings required.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in handling Prosecutions and Licensing matters within a Local Authority setting. You will be responsible for undertaking various aspects of legal work, collaborating with other representatives, and acting on behalf of the Council in court.

Key qualifications include being a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or member of the Bar who has completed pupillage/registered FILEX. Additionally, a current Practising Certificate is essential.

This part-time role, ideally requiring 3 days per week commitment, offers an hourly rate of up to £55 through an umbrella company.
