Seasonal Retail Merchandising Specialist

Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role in retail merchandising? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing displays?

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Inverurie. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively and that our clients' expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams via our survey application.

Requirements:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
