About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Allocations & Lettings team at Fairhive Homes Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing mutual exchanges, Bucks Home Choice applications, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage administrative tasks, including mutual exchanges and Bucks Home Choice applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and applicants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with other departments, including the Voids team and external agencies, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Process orders, key returns, and take minutes at meetings
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience in lettings and/or housing administration, with a strong understanding of relevant processes and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
