About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Healthcare SEM and SMM Expert to join our marketing team at American Hospital Dubai Mea. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive results.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI. You will also conduct keyword research, analysis, and competitor monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will create, manage, and enhance social media marketing campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. You will work closely with content creators and designers to develop engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, specifically tailored for Snapchat and TikTok.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics across all platforms, providing regular reports and insights to enhance strategies. You will also stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEM and SMM to implement innovative strategies.

In addition, you will utilize analytics tools to track user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators across multiple platforms. Finally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around AED 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
