The Role: Treasury Operations Lead
Reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Rotork's treasury strategy. This position demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles and a proven track record in managing treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective treasury policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee all aspects of middle and back-office treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and financing activities.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (departments, business units) and external parties (banks, financial institutions).
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting on treasury performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Support the Group Treasurer in developing and executing strategic initiatives related to treasury management.
Your Profile:
- Possess a strong academic background with a relevant qualification (AMCT, ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Demonstrate significant experience in a corporate treasury function within a dynamic organization.
- Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and report writing skills, with the ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
