Theatre Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Drama and Dance Teacher to join our faculty at Classic Education. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the chance to make a lasting impact on young minds and ignite their love for drama and dance.

The school provides a comprehensive arts education that nurtures the artistic potential in each student. As our new Drama and Dance Teacher, you will have the unique chance to shape the next generation of performers, helping them develop their skills, confidence, and passion for the stage.

• Create engaging drama and dance lessons for secondary school students
• Nurture a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression
• Choreograph and direct captivating performances
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an inspiring arts curriculum

You will possess a bachelor's degree in Drama, Dance, or a related field, as well as a recognised teaching qualification. Prior experience teaching relevant subjects at secondary school level is required. A strong knowledge and understanding of the subject, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate young learners are essential.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
