Job Title: Head of Wellbeing Coordinator

Lady Margaret Hall is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing and mental health of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a wellbeing strategy for the College, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Manage a team of staff, including the College Nurse, study skills lecturers, and junior deans, to provide comprehensive wellbeing support.
  • Coordinate the peer supporters and liaise with student representatives to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Collaborate with various contacts across the collegiate University to provide access to external wellbeing services.
  • Develop and deliver workshops and training courses to promote wellbeing and mental health awareness.
Requirements:
  • A professional qualification in a related field, such as social work, clinical psychology, or mental health.
  • Significant experience in a wellbeing-related context, including staff management and training delivery.
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills, including budget management and policy development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
