Job Overview

Linxon Pvt Ltd, a leading company in turnkey substation projects, is seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Professional - Carbon Analyst to join its team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company's environmental and sustainability goals.

Job Description

The Environmental Sustainability Professional - Carbon Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and reporting project data on waste, water, energy, and material usage. This includes submitting information to Linxon and client reporting systems on schedule, as well as preparing regular and ad hoc reports on carbon reduction, environmental performance, and progress on sustainability KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Collection and Reporting
  • Gather and analyse monthly project data on waste, water, energy, and material usage.
  • Submit information to Linxon and client reporting systems on schedule.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on carbon reduction, environmental performance, and progress on sustainability KPIs.
  1. Support for Corporate Sustainability Reporting
  • Assist the Global Head of Sustainability in gathering environmental data from Linxon offices.
  • Collect and submit Linxon's Scope 1-3 emission data to AtkinsRéalis for corporate sustainability reporting.
  1. Carbon Interface Tool (CIT) and Sustainability Action Plan Tracking
  • Assist the Environment and Sustainability Lead in developing carbon baseline reports during tendering.
  • Maintain a Sustainability Action Plan for each project to identify and track sustainability opportunities.
  1. Development of Environmental Management Plans
  • Assist the Environment and Sustainability Lead in the development and implementation of project-specific Environmental Management Plans.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Strategy Support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Linxon's sustainability strategy.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to share best practices and align project activities with sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good experience in environmental management, sustainability analysis, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Certification in sustainability-related fields (e.g., CDP Climate Change).
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
