We are seeking an experienced Transactional Services Manager to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for leading and executing corporate finance services for clients, and managing and mentoring a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute corporate finance services for clients, including financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers, identifying and evaluating potential transaction opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on transaction-related matters.
Requirements
  • A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA).
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on transactional services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques.
  • Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software.
  • Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in business development and new client acquisition.
