Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Chef to join our team at London Tolworth Premier Inn. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing your team, preparing and serving our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills. They will also have a strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of chefs to deliver high-quality meals
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast and dinner options
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Contribute to menu planning and development

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience as a chef or kitchen manager
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
