About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the ward, overseeing a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with eating disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to provide effective care to patients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of the ward's policies and procedures

About the Ward:
The ward is a 10-bedded, mixed-gender unit dedicated to treating individuals with eating disorders. The team offers a diverse therapy programme aimed at helping patients recover, develop healthy eating behaviours, and build positive relationships with food and their weight.

Requirements:

  • Relevant healthcare management qualification or experience at ward level
  • Experience working with Eating Disorders
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
