Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our dynamic property department at SJC Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of property transactions from inception to completion.

• Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sale and Purchase, Remortgage, and New Builds files from opening to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Delegate tasks to support staff and assistant conveyancers as needed.
• Service existing clients to the highest standard, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond to and raise client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a fee-earning Conveyancer in a residential property role.
• Have a proven track record of handling varied caseloads from opening to completion.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of property law.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
