Job Summary

Lidl is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team. As a Retail Shift Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a Positive Customer Experience
    • Ensure that customers receive excellent service and a positive shopping experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and cash handling
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed
  • Develop and Lead Your Team
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them grow and develop

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
