About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant, providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in London Borough of Hackney or Islington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reflect the core values of Home Instead, ensuring a positive living environment for our clients.
  • Contribute to enhancing a client's quality of life through companionship, home help, and personal care.
  • Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
  • Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, or shopping, promoting their independence and social interaction.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, to support our clients' health and well-being.
Requirements
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes and adapt to their individual needs.
  • A full DBS check is required for this position.
  • No prior care qualifications or experience are necessary, as we provide award-winning training.
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Health Care Assistant is advantageous but not essential.
